Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the location within Australia. We aim to dispatch your order as fast as possible, if we can get it out the same day, we will, at times there could be delays in getting the order out to you. Deliveries are only delivered during business days and business hours.

Estimated times of arrival are as follows:
Small items under 5kg:
Perth Metro: 1-2 Business Days.
Greater Western Australia: 2-5 business days
Other 
Australian Capital cities: 5 Business days
Other rural towns across Australia: 5-8 Business Days
International: 8 + Business days

Items over 5kg – 50kg
Perth Metro: 3 business days
Greater Western Australia: 5-8 business days
Other Australian Capital Cities: 5-8 business days
Other rural towns across Australia: 8 – business days

Items over 50kg
Perth Metro: 3 business days
Greater Western Australia: 5-8 business days
Other Australian Capital Cities: 8-10 business days

Delivery can be made Australia-wide.

Delivery times are guidelines and are never guaranteed. Kinta Fitness will not offer financial compensation for any delivery that arrives later than the estimate given.

All deliveries are authorized to leave at the property unless instructed otherwise.

Once your item has been passed to the courier company, some deliveries may be late due to your location, accidents or local disruptions. In these instances, Kinta Fitness will not be liable for any consequential loss for delivery times.
Kinta fitness relinquishes responsibility for the item to the shipper upon pickup. If your order looks damaged on delivery please check your delivery before signing for it and inform the delivery driver of the damage and ask them to sign for the damage.

Sometimes in the event of problematic couriers, you may find your parcel delivered by a different courier of our choice to ensure the safe delivery of products.

If your item is lost in transit Kinta will initiate an investigation with the relevant courier to locate your item. This may take up to 4 weeks. If your product is deemed lost following an investigation, you will become eligible for a replacement item to be sent out for re-delivery, or a refund to the value of the goods + shipping.
